Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat said he is prepared to complete the peace process with the Labor Party’s new leader, Amram Mitzna. Speaking to reporters Wednesday in Ramallah, Arafat said he is willing to extend a hand in peace to Mitzna, Israel Radio reported.
