Palestinian Authority presidential hopeful Mahmoud Abbas ruled out a crackdown on terrorist groups as required by the “road map” peace plan. The terrorists are “freedom fighters and should live a dignified and safe life,” Abbas said Monday during a campaign visit to the Gaza Strip. “Palestinians taking up arms against each other will not happen.”
