Palestinian opposition is causing companies to withdraw from bidding for a Jerusalem rail project, Israeli officials charge. Sources involved in the bidding said companies are withdrawing because of pressure from the Palestinian Authority, which opposes the rail line because it would cut through eastern Jerusalem.
