Palestinians torched a Jewish shrine outside the West Bank city of Nablus. Witnesses said the attack, which left the already-damaged building scorched, took place after a group of Jewish worshipers left the site on Thursday. Joseph’s Tomb was trashed by Palestinian rioters at the beginning of the intifada but still is the site of frequent, but mostly unauthorized, Jewish visitors.
