Valery and Galina Panov picked up their exit visas in Leningrad today and danced joyously in front of the ovir office, the National Conference on Soviet Jewry reported. The NCSJ said that Galina, who had been ill, is feeling better and the Panovs plan to leave for Vienna Friday.
