Reiteration of an earlier decree excluding Jews from military service is contained in a new law issued today by the Ministries of War and Interior and signed by Reichsfuehrer Hitler. Part-Jews will be permitted to serve in the army but will not be permitted to become officers.
The decree adds that “military service by Jews in wartime is reserved for special regulation.”
