Two members of a Jewish delegation left yesterday for London. The other two, Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, and Dr. Arthur Ruppin, head of the agency’ special department for economic planning, will leave next Saturday.
Those who left were Samuel Caplan and Siegfried Hoofien. The delegation will consult with members of the British delegation to the United States headed by Sir Herbert Samuel on plans for transferring German Jews to Palestine.
