About 150 outstanding citizens of Paterson, Protestants and Catholics as well as Jews, attended a good-will banquet here last night. The banquet was sponsored by the Brotherhood of the Barnert Memorial Temple and was held at the Alexander Hamilton Hotel.
“We have something in common,” declared Rabbi Max Raisin of the Barnert Temple. “We need to stand by one another as a matter of self-defense. You and I have a common enemy—atheism.”
