The Paz Oil Company, which maintains extensive operations in Israel, has decided to enter the oil exploration field there. The company’s board of directors, which met here today under the chairmanship of Sir Isaac Wolfson, authorized an initial expenditure of 1,000,000 Israeli pounds ($333,000,000 under the new rate of exchange) for exploration purposes.
