The Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Division of Chronic Diseases, has made a grant of $15, 790 to the Community Medical Home Care Program of the Federation of Jewish Agencies to set up a project to study rehabilitation of patients with neuro-muscular diseases.
The project is a service by Federation to physicians and their patients to bring medical and hospital-related service into the patients’ own home, Morris W. Satinsky, president of the program, explained today. The program is sponsored by the Federation and offered through the home care department of the Einstein Medical Center.
