President Truman today awarded the certificate of ##erit to Philip M. Klutznick, of Chicago, a member of the national executive committee of the B’nai B’rith, for his war-time and post-war services as regional director of the Division of Defense Housing Coordination, assistant administrator of the National Housing Agency and commissioner of the Federal Public Housing Authority. Presentation was made here by Brig. Gen. Harry L. Twaddle, of the Fifth Army staff, on behalf of President Truman.
