Philippine Government Names Representative to Palestine Implementation Commission

Senator Vincente Francisco, majority floor leader of the Philippine Senate, has been named by his government to the U.N. Implementation Commission on Palestine, it was announced here.

Meanwhile, the Czechoslovak delegation indicated that Karel Lisicky formerly a member of UNSCOP, would definitely be named as the Czech delegate. Eduardo Morgan and Per Federspiel, of Panama and Denmark, respectively, have already been appinted, and Bolivia is the only country which has yet to name its delegate.
