Dr. Karl Oppenheimer, the famous authority on children’s diseases, died in Munich at the age of 62.

Dr. Oppenheimer was the initiator of the organization of Welfare Centers for Children in Germany, an extensive system of welfare centers modelled after the first center, which Dr. Oppenheimer founded in Munich.
