Because recet events in Germany have made it evident that Jewish scientists must find a place to make their researches under more advantageous conditions, the American Jewish Physicians Committee announces its intention to help make the Hebrew University in Jerusalem serve as the place that is needed.
To this end, the committee will hold a concert at Carnegie Hall on Tuesday evening, February 27 Among the artists who will appear are Ossip Gabrilowitsch, Toscha Seidel and Madame Hulda Lashanska. The funds raised by means of the concert will be devoted to the suport of the medical work of the Hebrew University.

Emanual Synagogue of the Brenx will celebrate its tenth anniversary with a banquet at the Imperial Gardens, 1209 Colgate avenue, the Bronx, next Sunday evening.
