Pinhas Sapir, Minister of Finance of Israel, arrived here today to take part in a weekend national conference of the Israel Bond Organization. He will address more than 350 Jewish leaders from the United States and Canada, who will meet at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel to review Israel’s economic needs and to plan the 1967 campaign of the Israel Bond Organization. The conference will also be addressed by Secretary of the Interior Stewart L. Udall. Secretary Udall and Mr. Sapir will speak at a dinner session this Saturday evening.
