Plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the U.S. Air Force asked a federal judge to declare the service’s new guidelines on religion unconstitutional. Thursday’s move came five months after Mikey Weinstein, a graduate of the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, filed the original suit, which claimed the academy was unconstitutionally imposing evangelical Christianity on cadets.
