A plan to set up an old-age security program for retired Orthodox rabble was announced here today by Rabbi Morris Max, executive director of the Rabbinical Council of America. Among the sponsors of the plan are the Rabbinical Council of America, Yeshiva University, the Union of Orthodox Jewish congregations of America and the Hebrew Theological College, of Chicago.
