Plans for the second tour to the United States, Canada and South America of the Israel Ballet in the spring of 1981 are presently in the final stages, it was announced here by Van Joyce of New York’s Joyce Agency. Founded in 1967, by Berta Yampolsky and Hillel Markman, the couple, both former members of the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo, presently serve as the company’s artistic directors.
