The Palestine Liberation Organization will soon open an office in Prague, Czechoslovakia, diplomats said today. “A high-ranking PLO official is scheduled to attend the opening ceremony,” the diplomats added. Arab sources said this was an indication that either PLO leader Yasir Arafat or the chief of its political department, Farouk Kaddoumi, is scheduled to come to Prague. The diplomats did not disclose the date of the opening ceremony.
