Police are holding four Tel Aviv youths aged 19 and 20 on charges of stealing arms from military camps and selling them to Israeli Arabs, The youths, whose names were not disclosed, come from affluent nome in a nigh income section of northern Tel Aviv. Two of them were identified as army deserters.
