Police are recommending that manslaughter charges be brought in connection with the collapse of a building at a wedding reception in Jerusalem last year. The recommendation was made at the conclusion of a criminal investigation into last May’s Versailles wedding hall collapse, in which 23 people were killed and more than 300 injured.
