Charges of racism were filed by the police here today against a group of Innsbruck University students who have been conducting an anti-Semitic campaign against two American Jewish students in the institution’s medical school, the police authorities here announced today. If convicted, the neo-Nazi students may be fined or sent to jail. The persecuted students are Irving Lichtenstein and Jay Schaross, both of New York.
