Police in the Belarussian city of Brest arrested a teen-ager for allegedly drawing a swastika and writing an anti-Semitic slogan on a monument to Jews killed by the Nazis in the city during World War II. The 17-year-old, whose name has not been released, reportedly is a member of a skinhead gang in the city. Since the vandalism, the local Jewish community has installed round-the-clock security at the monument.
