Police say a note found at the home of the man suspected in the shooting deaths of five people near Pittsburgh may help determine whether the shootings were hate crimes. Richard Scott Bauhammers, a 34-year-old immigration lawyer, is accused of killing a Jewish woman and other minorities at four separate locations during last Friday’s shooting spree. Shots were also fired at two synagogues.
