Police today notified an Austrian who arrived here without visa that he could enjoy only the right of transit but must leave Switzerland immediately, even if he possesses property in this country. The order followed the recent enactment of a measure requiring Austrians coming to Switzerland to secure a visa from the Swiss consul.
