The promotion of trade relations between Poland and Palestine was said by Consul Adamkiewicz of Poland to be his principal purpose here, in a statement to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. He declared he will seek to cooperate with the Jewish Agency in Palestine, adding that he has already visited Colonel Kisch, the political director in Palestine of the World Zionist Organization.

The Consul also paid an official visit to Sir Herbert Samuel, who, he said, told him that only selected immigrants were allowed to enter Palestine.
