Twelve of the 16 Jews tried before a court martial at Grodno on an old-standing charge of alleged treason during the Bolshevik invasion have been found guilty and sentenced to terms of of imprisonment from two to three years each. The remaining four of the accused were acquitted.
The trial lasted ten days during which counsel for the defense, among them some of the best lawyers of Warsaw, were employed.
