Polish Jews desiring to emigrate to Israel received instructions today from the Ministry for Public Administration.
They are required to file with the Ministry’s Foreign Passports Division their appeal for a document granting permanent exit to Israel. The applicants will be asked to produce an identification card. The exit visa, when issued, will be accompanied by a special identification document.
