During the past week the Hias office here has been crowded with Jewish emigrants for South Africa, who are anxious to get visas for that country before the South African Immigration Quota law goes into effct in May. Since the Jewish Telegraphic Agency here announced the passage of the South African quota law, 100 Polish-Jewish emigrants have left for South Africa.
