The Polish National Council, which is Poland’s Parliament-in-Exile, may devote a special session to protesting the execution by Soviet authorities of the two Jewish Socialist leaders from Poland, Victor Alter and Henryk Erlich, it was learned here today. It was also announced that documents will be made public to prove the falsity of the Soviet charge that the two Jewish labor leaders were conducting propaganda among Russian troops for the conclusion of a separate peace with Germany.
