Wladyslaw Sikorski, the Polish Premier, today received a Jewish delegation and discussed with them problems concerning the situation of Polish Jews now marooned in Soviet Russia as well as the position of the Jews in Nazi-held Poland. It was learned here today that the new Polish National Council, the composition of which will be announced within the next few days, will have two Jews as members, instead of one as in the last National Council, which was dissolved in September, 1941. The two will be Dr. Ignacy Schwartzbard, representing the Zionists, and Arthur Zygelbaum, representing the Jewish Socialist Bund.
