BIERNACKI WAS CAUGHT RUNNING FROM THE NEWSPAPER BUILDING ON THE NIGHT OF APRIL 30 WITH A REVOLVER IN HIS POSSESSION, AFTER THREE BOMBS HAD BEEN THROWN ON THE PREMISES.
