Representatives of almost all sectors of Belgian political and public life unanimously adopted a resolution yesterday to carry out to the very end the struggle for Soviet Jews and not to desist from it until the last Jewish political prisoners are freed in the USSR.
The mass meeting at which the resolution was carried marked the conclusion of “Ten Days for Soviet Jews,” which was sponsored by the Coordinating Committee of Jewish Belgian Organizations. Speakers at the mass meeting included the Prelate of the Catholic Church here, the president of the Protestant Belgian Synod, the Chief Rabbi of Belgium and representatives of the five main non-Communist political parties.
