A grant of $675,000 has been given to the Weizmann Institute of Science at Rehovot, Israel, by the Population Council of New York, it was announced here today by the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute.
The grant, to be applied to construction of laboratory units and animal facilities at the Rehovot facility, will support a research program in the physiology of reproduction. The fond will also permit purchase of equipment, and cover the research project’s budget over a period of five years.
