There is practically no unemployment in the Arab city of Nazareth and only 50 Arabs are registered as unemployed in Jaffa, Labor Minister Golda Myerson today told the Parliament, in response to a question by an Arab deputy.
Mrs. Myerson expressed the opinion that the employment situation is better for Arabs in Israel than for the Jewish population. She also said she thinks that it is better for the Arab worker if be remains registered with the Arab labor exchange.
