The police authorities today handed over to the attorney general the information on the suicide of Dr. Gach, a member of the staff in the clinic of the German University here, who left a note saying that he was driven to suicide by the anti-Semitic actions of Prof. Schloffer whose assistant he was.
Action will now be taken by the attorney general against Prof. Schloffer and his German assistant, Herr Wenzel. At the same time civic action was started today against the two by the mother of Dr. Gach, who accuses them of driving her son to his death.
The funeral of Dr. Gach took place today and was attended by more than 1,000 persons. The surgical clinic of the German University was pointedly not represented at the funeral. The nurses, however sent a ###
