President Bush named James Baker to lead the U.S. delegation commemorating the 10th anniversary of the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin. Baker, who was U.S. secretary of state under Bush’s father, reportedly had a tense relationship with Rabin’s predecessor, Yitzhak Shamir, but got along well with Rabin.
