President Bush signed into law a bill that requires the U.S. State Department to document anti-Semitic attacks around the world each year. Bush signed the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act of 2004 into law Saturday. “This nation will keep watch, and will make sure that the ancient impulse of anti-Semitism never finds a home in the modern world,” he said at a campaign stop in West Palm Beach, Fla., later that day.
