President Bush’s top Middle East adviser is meeting with Israeli leaders this week. Elliott Abrams, who runs the Middle East desk on Bush’s National Security Council, will arrive in Israel on Thursday to meet with Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and other Israeli leaders.
