President Clinton and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak spoke by telephone on Tuesday to discuss the peace process, according to a White House official. During the 25-minute conversation, the two leaders also spoke about Secretary of State Madeleine Albright’s planned visit to the Middle East in September.
