President Clinton is set to meet Friday with former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres and Leah Rabin, widow of slain Israeli leader Yitzhak Rabin. The White House luncheon comes the same week that the White House said Clinton could not find time to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The president plans to meet with Netanyahu next month.
