President Francois Mitterrand inaugurated Wednesday a museum of modern art in the provincial city of Troyes. The museum, including a priceless collection of modern art, was donated by the Levy Foundation, a fund set up by a French Jewish, businessman. Mitterrand flew to Troyes immediately after he concluded his talks in Paris with visiting Lebanese president Amin Gemayel.
