Dr. Norman Salit, president of the Synagogue Council of America, arrived here today on a worth-long survey of Jewish life in Germany and a number of other questions connected with Jews, Dr. Salit is one of a party of nine American clergymen of all faiths to accept an invitation from the Bonn Government to visit West Germany and study conditions in the country.
