President Truman was presented yesterday with a set of silver cuff links, each bearing small silver mules, by Rabbi Rudolph Rosenthal, of Cleveland, as a gift from the people of Kfar Truman in Israel. The mule was a symbol of strength and determination to the Hebrew tribe of Issachar, the rabbi said.
