Theodore R. Mann, chairman of the National Jewish Community Relations Advisory Council, was re-elected last night to a second one-year term as chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. Mann is a lawyer in Philadelphia.
The Presidents Conference meeting also paid a farewell tribute to Hanan Bar-On, Minister at the Israeli Embassy in Washington for the last three years who is returning to Jerusalem as assistant director general in the Foreign Ministry in charge of North American affairs.
