Prison Term Raised for Anti-semite Who Raided Polish Town

The District Court has sentenced Adam Doboszynski, wealthy Krakow landowner and Nationalist leader, to four years’ imprisonment for organizing the occupation of the town of Myselenice and anti-Jewish disorders in june, 1936. the Nationalist lawyers who defended him were fined 100 zlotys each for attempting political demonstrations during the trial. Doboszynski had been sentenced to two years’ imprisonment last february, of which 20 months were to be deducted for time spent under preventive arrest, but the Supreme Court in Warsaw ordered a new trial.
