Prof. Albert Einstein said today that the new Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center in Jerusalem “is of great significance to Israel itself, its relation to the neighboring countries and the status of Jews everywhere.” He accepted a special scroll, presented by a delegation representing Hadassah and the American Friends of the Hebrew University, marking the breaking of ground in Jerusalem tomorrow for the $10,000,000 project. The noted scientist’s name will be incised on the “Wall of Healing,” a feature of the new center.
