Prof. Saul Lieberman, Dean of the Graduate Rabbinical School of the Jewish Theological Serimary, has been elected president of the American Academy for Jewish Research for 1950, it was announced here today. Other officers were: vice-president, Prof. Eric Tacublor, Hebrew Union College; treasurer, Prof. Alexander Marz, Jewish Theological Seminary of America; corresponding secretary, Prof. Abraham S. Halkin, Columbia University; recording secretary, Prof. Guido Kisch, of the Hebrew Union College.
