The election of Prof. Robert M. Maclver as president of the Union for the Protection of the Human Person by the International Social and Economic Cooperation was announced here today.
The Union is engaged in the defense of rights of refugees, stateless persons, and national minorities. It is affiliated with the non-sectarian Committee for the Defense of Rights of Jews in Central and Eastern Europe which has its headquarters in New York.
