Prof. Shlomo Avineri, director general of the Foreign Ministry, will visit Rumania next month, the Foreign Ministry announced Monday. It will be an official visit in reciprocation for the visit of Rumania’s Deputy Foreign Minister to Israel last year, the Ministry, said.
